Physical Products (Lash Supplies, Adhesives, Tools, etc.)

All sales are final due to the nature of beauty and lash products. For sanitary and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been shipped.

However, if your item arrives incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@kbakeslashes.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the incorrect item

We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit.

Digital Products (Ebooks, Vendor Lists, Training Guides, etc.)

Due to the instant delivery of digital content, no refunds or exchanges are available once your purchase has been completed. All digital product sales are final.

Processing Times

• Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• During launches or sales, processing may extend by 1–3 business days.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit

• Domestic (US): 2–4 business days (standard shipping)
• International: 5–9 business days (standard shipping), depending on destination and customs

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after carrier pickup.

Address Accuracy

Verify your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, first check with neighbors/household and contact the carrier. We are not liable for packages after carrier delivery confirmation.

International Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot predict these charges.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Orders containing pre-order/backorder items will ship when all items are available unless you place separate orders.
